The panel will discuss extraordinary judicial remedies, the foreclosure process and the unique aspects of Texas foreclosure laws. The speakers will discuss the pros and cons of available judicial remedies including receiverships, collection strategies and options, the requirements and procedures for foreclosing on real property, title and other issues which should be considered and pitfalls to avoid.
