  • Representation of a franchisee of a national restaurant chain in the acquisition and financing of a thirty restaurant portfolio.
  • Representation of a regional hospital in the sale of a 1,000,000 square foot medical office building portfolio and the structuring of related campus operation and easement agreements.
  • Representation of developer of assisted living facilities, nursing homes and senior living facilities in built-to-suit lease transactions with operators.
  • Representation of publicly traded restaurant company in connection with the acquisition, leasing, development and sale/leaseback of more than 100 restaurant sites in 15 states.
  • Representation of developer in a redevelopment project in Dallas structured as a master condominium, containing a boutique hotel, retail and residential condominiums.
  • Representation of developer of 400,000 square foot shopping center in North Texas, including negotiating anchor transactions, leases and pad sales with various national restaurant and retail operators.
  • Representation of national multifamily developer in the acquisition of a portion of a high rise office complex in Downtown Dallas for conversion to apartments, including the negotiation of a reciprocal easement agreement with the owner of the remainder of the complex.
