• Representation of a national real estate developer in structuring a mixed-use condominium and co-development of a residential condominium and hotel project in Austin.
• Representation of developer of mixed-use residential and retail condominium in Houston as to workout and restructuring of mortgage loan.
• Representation of a franchisee of a national restaurant chain in the acquisition and financing of a thirty restaurant portfolio.
• Representation of a regional hospital in the sale of a 1,000,000 square foot medical office building portfolio and the structuring of related campus operation and easement agreements.
• Representation of developer of assisted living facilities, nursing homes and senior living facilities in built-to-suit lease transactions with operators.
