Courtney Bristow is a member of Winstead's Finance & Banking Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on finance and banking matters.

Prior to joining Winstead, Courtney was an associate at a Dallas law firm, where she structured, negotiated and completed a variety of real estate acquisitions and dispositions. She also worked on deals representing clients in connection with complex commercial mortgage finance transactions, including multi-property, cross-collaterized, cross-border financings and traditional single asset mortgage financings.
