| ProfileDan Susie's practice consists primarily of representing administrative agents, banks and other institutional lenders in secured and unsecured debt financings of all types across a broad spectrum of industries including energy lending (exploration and production, midstream, upstream, oil services and project financing), real estate lending (acquisition, development, construction and permanent financing), asset based lending, securities lending, equipment financings and project finance. Dan's practice also includes subordinated debt and mezzanine debt financings, structured finance transactions loan restructures, workouts and lender liability issues. He is a frequent speaker on energy and real estate lending matters and on loan documentation and Uniform Commercial Code issues. Representative Experience
