Holly is an attorney in Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Her work focuses on the acquisition, disposition, development and asset management of industrial facilities, mixed-use projects, retail centers and office complexes, including multi-site portfolio transactions. She has particular experience in commercial leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Representative Experience

Leasing

  • Represented a primary care medical center operator in connection with multi-state expansion
  • Represented the tenant in the negotiation of its 180,000 square foot national headquarters office lease
  • Represented the tenant in the negotiation of its 30,000 square foot national headquarters office lease
  • Represented the owner in connection with the creation of a comprehensive covenants, conditions and restrictions strategy for mixed-use center
  • Represented the landlord in the negotiation of numerous big box leases throughout the US
  • Represented an airline in connection with $3 billion terminal expansion lease
  • Represented developer lessee in ground lease for development of a major urban hospital complex

Acquisitions

  • Represented the purchaser in the acquisition and subsequent master leasing and financing of 221 gas station and convenience store locations in the Northeastern United States
  • Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a portfolio of six retail shopping centers located in Gainesville, Virginia; manage all ongoing leasing and management transactions for the asset
  • Represented the borrower in the financing of a 27-site retail portfolio across nine states
  • Represented purchaser of five luxury hotels in California, Virginia, and Georgia for purchase price of $550+ million
  • Represented purchaser of 550-unit multi-site senior housing portfolio in Minnesota

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
