Mike Springer is a shareholder in Winstead's Finance & Banking Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial real estate matters, including development, sales and acquisitions, construction lending, lease preparation and review, and commercial property disputes.

Mike is a trained mediator and also has extensive experience in commercial and agricultural lending and banking matters. His experience also includes business law, bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditors' rights.

• Representing numerous special servicers of securitized loans in workouts, restructuring and foreclosures of problem loans.
• Representing numerous loan originators with workouts and foreclosures of problem loans, including loans secured by residential and commercial properties.
• Representing buyers and sellers of various types of commercial real estate.
• Representing lenders in construction and acquisition financing of various types of commercial real estate.
