Norene Napper is a member of Winstead’s Finance & Banking Practice Group.  During law school Norene served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sharon G. Lee, Tennessee Supreme Court. She also served as special assistant to the District Attorney, Knox County Attorney General’s Office, Child Abuse Unit, and has worked at the United States Attorney’s Office and in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
