His practice emphasizes U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, including preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, reexamination of issued patents, preparation of opinions regarding patent infringement and validity, and client counseling, particularly in the areas of electronics, telecommunications, computer software, computer systems and networks, Internet applications, and business methods.

Ross has prepared and prosecuted patent applications covering a wide range of technologies and business sectors.
