His practice emphasizes U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, preparation of opinions regarding patent infringement and validity, as well as client counseling, particularly in the areas of software, business methods, telecommunications, computer systems and networks, speech processing, Internet applications and electronic devices.

Ross has prepared and prosecuted patent applications covering a wide range of technologies and business sectors.
