The firm's compensation committee gives each attorney's total contribution and value careful consideration and recognizes team effort as well as individual achievement. This progressive, merit-based compensation policy assures fairly distributed rewards to all our attorneys.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes, among other benefits, the firm's savings plan with a 401(k) matching component, profit-sharing plan, payment of group life and disability insurance premiums, group major medical coverage, downtown paid parking and payment of bar association dues.
The firm formally reviews each associate's overall development twice annually and adjusts salaries and bonuses annually. Associates are given the opportunity to formally evaluate themselves during the annual process, and each associate engages in a two-way dialogue about their development and performance with their supervising attorney(s) and practice group leader(s). In addition, associates receive daily input and feedback regarding their performance on an informal basis to supplement the formal reviews. A portion of each formal review is dedicated to "looking forward" to anticipate future goals and long-term development of each associate.
