Winstead's Diversity Committee, headed by Shareholder Yasmin Atasi, includes John Arnold, Al Axe, Marcus Brown, Brittany Byrd, Deanna Caldwell, Todd Chen, Noelle Garsek, Keneisha Miller, Carrie Nie, James Ruiz, Teresa Schneider, Patty Stewart (director of human resources) and Dominique Anderson (director of recruiting), works closely with the firm's Board of Directors to identify and implement the firm's diversity initiatives.
