Once projects are underway, we help clients to recognize and navigate the hurdles facing the operation, transmission and sale of energy produced by alternative and renewable energy projects.

Regulatory representative matters include:

  • Landfill Permitting and Methane Projects – Represent owners of Dallas landfills on permitting approval issues and counsel various clients on regulatory oversight of methane gas projects.
  • FAA – Worked on securing DNAs for wind farms in areas with sensitive FAA issues with DOD and Department of Homeland Security.
  • Environmental Compliance and Guidance – Advise various clients on state and federal laws, including rules and policies relating to the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Solid Waste Disposal Act and the administration of water rights.
