Brad Broberg's practice focuses on real estate and finance matters with a concentration in securitized transactions. Brad has significant experience on both the origination and servicing sides of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) and other structured finance transactions. Among others, Brad has represented the largest special and master servicers in the industry as well as a number of the largest loan originators in the industry in portfolio, conduit and agency transactions.

Prior to joining Winstead, Brad practiced with another major Dallas law firm, and before that he was a deputy general counsel of a Dallas-based financial services company, where he focused on structured real estate transactions and agency lending. Over the years, Brad's practice has centered around all aspects of the business of commercial lending including first-lien, subordinate and mezzanine lending, intercreditor issues, preferred equity investments, workouts, foreclosures, assumptions and consents.

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
