Devin Hahn is member of Winstead’s Business Restructuring/Bankruptcy Practice Group. His practice is focused on Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and the enforcement of creditor rights. Devin has experience representing multi-national commodities companies, officers and directors of insolvent companies, prepetition and postpetition lenders, and contract counterparties to debtors in Chapter 11 cases. Devin’s experience also includes representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with bankruptcy opinions related to secured financings and securitizations.

Prior to beginning his career, Devin worked as a judicial intern in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York where he completed separate internships under the Honorable Sean H. Lane and the Honorable Stuart M. Bernstein. He also served as a judicial intern under the Honorable Douglas O. Tice, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
