Frank Coman is a member of Winstead’s Finance & Banking Practice Group. He has an extensive background in title and land survey review, including serving in notable roles such as Vice President and Counsel for various title companies. Currently Frank provides title and survey review for complex commercial mortgage financing transactions, lease and license abstracting services, and advises on commercial lending licensing procedures.

Representative Experience

  • Reviewed and commented on title evidence for over 5,000 timber parcels located in Oregon and Washington, along with seven paper mills located in CA, ID, UT and WA from information posted on a website to facilitate financing in the amount of $1.35B for the acquisition of a major Washington State timber company
  • Supervised the title & survey review of multiple portfolios of shopping center properties held by one of the largest retail property owners in the United States
  • Supervised the title & land survey review of 1300 acre hotel and golf course resort in Maui, HI
  • Supervised the title & land survey review of six high-rise downtown Chicago office properties

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
