Tim Bannwolf is a member of Winstead's Finance & Banking Practice Group. His diverse legal experience encompasses the areas of financial and corporate services, real estate development, and labor and employment. He has received an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, reflecting an attorney who has reached the height of professional excellence.

Tim's practice focuses on the representation of lenders and other institutional clients in a broad range of secured and unsecured debt financings, including term loans, syndicated loans, lines of credit, letters of credit, participation agreements, and asset-based lending transactions. He has experience in representing lenders and loan servicers with respect to mezzanine, mini-perm, and permanent loans, as well as loan assumptions, modifications, and workouts. In addition, Tim regularly represents and counsels real estate developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of various commercial projects, including office, retail, warehouse, and specialty space. Tim also represents and counsels a number of national and local clients regarding a wide variety of labor and employment law issues.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
