In addition to managing and—if possible—preventing agency investigations and lawsuits, we represent clients in administrative enforcement proceedings in civil litigation under The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII, The Fair Labor Standards Act, COBRA, OSHA, WARN, and all other federal, state and local laws that affect the employment relationship.
We also defend clients in all types of employment litigation matters involving class and collective actions, wrongful termination, breach of employment contract and the various tort theories plaintiffs are currently using. Our group includes trial attorneys with significant experience, which helps us to obtain quick resolution where appropriate and makes us ready and willing to try cases where necessary.
