Josh Lebar's practice focuses on real estate sales, acquisitions, finance, leasing and development and the representation of developers and tenants of sports, entertainment and multiuse facilities. His real estate practice includes the sale and purchase of unimproved and improved property, the leasing of office, retail, industrial and general commercial space, and the development of multifamily complexes.

Josh has experience in the negotiation of concessions, retail merchandising, branding, pourage, service rights and exclusivity agreements related to sports, entertainment and multiuse projects. His practice has resulted in the representation of individuals, partnerships, public, private and nonprofit corporations and financial institutions.
