Texas Monthly: Texas Super Lawyers Forty-eight of the firm’s attorneys were selected for inclusion in "Texas Super Lawyers" by Law & Politics magazine. The annual "Texas Super Lawyers" list honors Texas’ top lawyers based on surveys of more than 57,000 active attorneys across the state.

Houston’s Top Lawyers Twelve Winstead attorneys were selected as Houston’s “Top Lawyers” by H Texas magazine. The annual listing recognizes attorneys in the Houston area for their outstanding performance and professional reputation in the legal industry.
American Lawyer: Diversity Scorecard Winstead received recognition for the success of its diversity program in the annual “Diversity Scorecard,” a survey that looks at the proportionate number of minority attorneys working in the top 200 law firms in the United States. Winstead’s percentage of minority lawyers rose from 11.4 percent to 13.4 percent, making it one of the biggest improvements among law firms rated by American Lawyer.
Winstead Continues to be a Leader in Law Firm Diversity The Dallas Diversity Task Force (DDT F) recently released its 2010 Law Firm Diversity Report which presents a snapshot of demographics at the 20 largest law firms in Dallas. Winstead ranked number 7 and was recognized for improving its composite score by almost 10 points. The report also includes a checklist score that is based on diversity efforts that a firm undertook during the survey period.
Winstead Earns A-Rating from Houston Multi-Bar Diversity Committee Winstead received an A rating in the 2010 Houston Law Firm Diversity Report Card, published by the Houston Multi-Bar Diversity Committee. The report grades the top 25 law firms in Houston based on their percentages of minority partners, minority associates and minority summer associates.
