Koy Killen is an associate in Winstead's Commercial Litigation and Energy & Environmental Law practices. Koy has experience in various aspects of civil litigation and appellate law, including general commercial litigation, oil and gas, real estate, premises liability, personal injury and defense of governmental entities. Koy has argued multiple jury trials, and he was recognized a Texas Rising Star in 2008 and one of Tarrant County's Top Attorneys by his peers in 2006-2007.
