Amy Reggio is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. She has experience representing sophisticated clients in a diverse blend of complex real estate transactions. 

Client engagements include condominium developers, commercial developers, owner associations, management companies, brokers, homebuilders and property owners.  Amy’s practice is primarily focused on development, operation, and administration of mixed use, commercial, and residential condominium projects, and secondarily on commercial development of unimproved and improved land for industrial, oil and gas and retail uses.

Prior to joining Winstead, Amy was Associate General Counsel for Hillwood Development Company for more than 9 years, and practiced as a solo firm owner for 5 years. Through this combination of legal and business experience, Amy possesses exceptional negotiation and drafting skills and can quickly comprehend and consider her clients’ business needs while providing for their legal needs. Amy is a trusted advisor with demonstrated ability to provide prompt, creative, and results oriented legal representation.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
