Jenni Tauzel is a member of Winstead's Finance & Banking Practice Group. She has represented multiple investor groups and professionals in organization, formation, capitalization and reorganization issues. Jenni also has experience representing buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of stock and assets. In addition, Jenni is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

  • Represented Maryland real estate investment trust in offering of $25 million new beneficial owner equity 
  • Represented founder group in $20 million reorganization of private equity holdings and subsidiary structure
  • Represented travel company in $4.5 million sale of assets of the company 
  • Represented issuer in formation of $20 million EB-5 Placement Fund and $20 million private equity fund 
  • Represented independent contractors in drafting master service agreements
  • Represented issuers in ’34 Act filings

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".
