Jesse Roisin is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group.  He represents banks and other institutional lenders in connection with the origination and servicing of conduit and portfolio loans secured by real estate in all major assets classes, including multi-family (apartment complexes and manufactured home parks), student housing, hospitality, industrial/warehouse, retail, office and mixed-use properties.

Jesse advises clients with respect to loans involving a variety of financial structures, including transactions involving mezzanine debt, multi-borrower and multi-property structures, master leases, Delaware Statutory Trusts, tenants in common (TIC) ownership, ground leases and condominiums.

In addition to his loan origination practice, Jesse regularly advises clients with respect to mortgage note sales and purchases in the secondary mortgage market and other general legal and contractual matters inherent to real estate finance.  Prior to joining Winstead, Jesse worked as senior counsel for a Boston based loan sale advisory firm.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
