Kate Harding Henderson is a member of Winstead's Finance & Banking Practice Group where she represents regional banks, national banks, and other financial services institutions in connection with the planning, negotiation, and documentation of financing transactions. Kate also advises lenders on various types of commercial loans, including those in the healthcare, energy, and real estate industries.

During law school, Kate served as judicial intern for The Honorable Lynn Hughes, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. She also served as judicial intern for The Honorable Caroline E. Baker, Harris County Civil Courthouse, 295th Civil District Court.

Representative Experience

  • Representation of lenders in bilateral lending transactions and corporate financings
  • Representation of administrative agents in syndicated credit facilities secured by producing oil and gas properties and midstream assets and involving oilfield services
  • Negotiation and implementation of loan workouts, restructurings and foreclosures

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
