Kirstyn Kelley is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. She is experienced in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including representing clients in connection with the financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of both unimproved and improved real property, including retail, office, and mixed-use.

Representative Experience

  • Financing: Representation of lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions, including the origination, refinancing, modification and renegotiation of acquisition, development, redevelopment and construction loans for office, retail, mixed-use, multifamily, hotel projects, including preparation and negotiation of loan documents and other transaction documents, review of title and survey, leases and other due diligence, and corporate/entity documentation.
  • Acquisitions and Dispositions: Representation of real estate developers and owners in the acquisition and disposition of unimproved and improved commercial properties (including hospitals and other healthcare facilities and shopping centers), including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, restrictive covenant agreements, license agreements and various other transaction documents, and other title and development matters.
  • Commercial Leasing: Representation of landlords and tenants in preparation, negotiations of leases and subleases for office, retail, healthcare facilities and mixed-use projects.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
