Stan Harvey has been a member of the firm since 1984. His practice includes representation of various clients in natural resources, energy and environmental law matters.

Representative Experience

  • Energy and Natural Resources Practice
    • Stan has extensive experience in representing energy clients with respect to exploration and production matters and the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties and assets, including producing oil and gas properties and pipelines and processing plants. He also represents both companies and lenders in energy finance transactions, including title due diligence and collateral perfection issues and, in coordination with bankruptcy counsel, has been involved in many restructuring transactions.
  • Environmental Practice
    • Stan provides counsel and represents clients with respect to environmental issues in various business transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, real estate development issues, including environmental due diligence, remediation agreements, and environmental liability allocations in various types of business transaction, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has also represented numerous lenders in connection with the impact of environmental laws and potential liabilities in financing transactions.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
