Winstead named as a winner of the 17th Annual Turnaround Awards by M&A Advisor Magazine

DALLAS, TX, February 20, 2023 – Winstead, a leading Texas-based law firm with national practices serving clients across the country, today announced that the firm was named as one of the winners of the 17th Annual Turnaround Awards in the “Out-of-Court Restructuring of the Year” category by M&A Advisor.

Winstead was recognized for its work on behalf of a major financial institution on a successful out-of-court workout and recapitalization, which included new financings and a new equity investor.
