Representative Experience
Leasing
- Represents the landlord in the negotiation of a single-tenant lease of a 300,000 square foot office building
- Represents the tenant in the negotiation and administration of its numerous office leases throughout the US and international locations
- Represented the tenant in the negotiation of its 400,000 square foot headquarters office lease and post-closing leasing administration and management matters
- Represented the tenant in the negotiation of expansions and extensions of its multi-building office lease
- Represented the tenant in the negotiation of its golf course facility lease in the Austin, Texas area
- Represented the landlord in numerous retail leasing matters in a Las Vegas, Nevada area shopping center, including the anchor tenant site lease agreement
- Represented institutional landlords in the negotiation and management of numerous office and industrial warehouse/distribution facility leases and related matters throughout the US
Acquisition/Sale
- Represented an institutional lender in connection with a borrower’s acquisition, leasing, and financing of a 150+ site marina facility portfolio and the windup of the portfolio in preparation for the borrower’s initial public offering
- Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of multiple warehouse/distribution facilities throughout the US
- Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a multi-site portfolio of unimproved land for the development of shipping/warehouse facilities across the Southeastern US
- Represented New Process Steel, L.P. with respect to real estate matters in connection with the sale of the remaining 55% of its limited partnership interests to STLD Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, Inc.
- Represented Waste Management, Inc. with respect to real estate matters in connection with its entry into a definitive agreement with Stericycle, Inc. for the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Stericycle, Inc.
