Grant Prengler focuses his practice on real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on real estate acquisition and development. Grant also has experience in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, property acquisition and disposition agreements, easements, and investment strategy. With a background that combines practical industry experience and a strong foundation in real estate law, he advises clients through complex real estate transactions with a focus on delivering strategic, business-minded solutions. Grant also has experience navigating land use and entitlement processes, helping clients secure the necessary approvals to move projects forward efficiently.

Representative Experience

  • Development: Representation of commercial real estate developer in the multiple sales transactions for the sale of various tracts of land to be developed as multifamily use.
  • Acquisitions & Dispositions: Representation of both purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of improved and unimproved property across various asset classes.
  • Leasing: Representation of landlord in medical office building lease; Representation of tenants and subtenants in retail lease.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
