Kara Lambert is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on representing business entities, developers, builders, and business owners throughout the lifecycle of a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real property.   

Kara also has experience advising clients on complex corporate matters, such as entity formation and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and facilitating mergers & acquisitions.

Kara's background combines practical business experience with a robust understanding of real estate law, allowing her to approach each transaction with a strategic mindset. She is committed to helping her clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions by delivering solutions that are both strategic and business-oriented. Representative Experience

  • Acquisitions and Dispositions: Representation of both purchasers and sellers of real estate in the acquisition, disposition and development of improved and unimproved property
  • Leasing: Representation of landlord and tenant in high-value lease negotiations, including retail, industrial, and office leases for national and multinational landlords and tenants
  • Development: Representation of developers and builders in structuring master planned residential and mixed-use developments

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
