Kara Lambert is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on representing business entities, developers, builders, and business owners throughout the lifecycle of a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real property.
Kara also has experience advising clients on complex corporate matters, such as entity formation and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and facilitating mergers & acquisitions.
Kara's background combines practical business experience with a robust understanding of real estate law, allowing her to approach each transaction with a strategic mindset.
