As a member of Winstead’s Business Litigation Practice Group, Max Ward’s practice covers a range of complex commercial and personal disputes. He represents clients across multiple industries, including on behalf of energy and technology companies, sports and entertainment clients, private equity firms, and entrepreneurs and closely held companies, among others. Many of these disputes involve bet-the-company stakes, and the results Max obtains reflect his ability to protect long-term interests while advancing his client’s immediate needs. 

In addition to his prior litigation experience, Max draws from six years of service as a multifunctional logistics officer in the United States Army with multiple deployments to Afghanistan in support of United States and NATO operations.

Max’s depth of experience and his work solving real problems in real time shaped his holistic approach to litigation. He is a tenacious advocate who simultaneously focuses on creative and pragmatic solutions to obtain his client’s goals.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
