ULI Austin February Breakfast: South Central Waterfront

02.23.22

Winstead is a proud sponsor of the upcoming ULI (Urban Land Institute) Austin February Breakfast: South Central Waterfront. The South Central Waterfront district, which is comprised of over 30 separate private properties located directly across the lake from downtown, is on the brink of wholescale redevelopment. In June 2016, the City of Austin adopted The South Central Waterfront Vision Framework Plan which promotes a vision and set of recommendations to transform this district into a sustainable, walkable mixed-use district. The plan strives to create a new, green, connected public realm and to build hundreds of units of affordable housing. At this breakfast we will receive an update on implementation of the plan with insight from the city, one of the developers working within the area, and chair of the district community advisory board.  LEARN MORE.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
