Melissa Stewart has been representing lenders and borrowers in both middle market and large syndicated loan transactions and real estate secured finance since the inception of her practice in 1981. She has handled dollar and multicurrency national and international complex corporate financing, including tiered lending, secured transactions, real estate lending, and media and telecom finance.  Melissa also has represented clients in financing transactions that include all types of acquisition finance.
