Melissa Stewart is a transactional lawyer licensed in both New York and Texas. She has been representing both lenders and companies in middle market and large syndicated loan transactions and real estate secured finance since the inception of her practice. She has handled dollar and multicurrency national and international complex corporate financing, including tiered lending, secured transactions, real estate lending, and media and telecom finance. Melissa also has represented many companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions including acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.
