Winstad Shareholder Jeff Matthews will moderate a panel discussion at the 9th Annual InterFace Student Housing Conference in Austin, Texas.  More than 1,200 industry professionals are expected to attend and participate in this conference.

Jeff Matthews is Department Head of Winstead's Business & Transactions Department.  Jeff is a real estate practice focuses on student housing, mixed-use and condominium developments, real estate development and joint ventures. Jeff Matthews represents investors and developers of student housing projects throughout the country. Jeff’s involvement has included both on and off campus projects and have utilized numerous different mechanisms to fully fund the capital needed for those projects.  Jeff’s work in the student housing space has also involved numerous portfolio transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers of student housing properties. Outside of the office, Jeff is a member of several real estate industry groups, staying active with The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and Law School.

 

 

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
