Winstead’s Roland Love and Mike O’Neal Present at the Texas Land Title Institute

Dallas, Texas, Dec. 4, 2014 — This year’s 24th Annual Texas Land Title Institute features Winstead shareholders Mike O’Neal and Roland Love. O’Neal is presenting on Home Equity Updates and Love, who also serves as chair of the event, is presenting on Correction Instruments.

This year, a record crowd is expected with nearly 700 registrants.  The event is Dec. 4-5, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio.  This annual event is sponsored by Winstead and presented by St. Mary’s University School of Law and the Texas Land Title Association.  Attendees include attorneys, title agents, escrow officers, brokers, paralegals and CPAs.

O’Neal is a member of Winstead’s finance and banking practice group.  Love is a member of Winstead’s commercial and real estate litigation practice groups.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
