Carey Gunn Venditti Named to the 2015 ULI Austin Local Product Council for Housing and Community Development

Shareholder Carey Gunn Venditti was recently selected to be a member of the 2015 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Austin Local Product Council for Housing and Community Development.  This year, the Council will be focusing on developing and finalizing the Building Better Communities Toolkit to be sponsored by various public entities in the greater Austin metro area.  Carey is a full member of ULI.  The mission of ULI is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.  The mission of ULI Austin in particular is to allow real estate professionals in Central Texas to exchange ideas, trends and project information to build more business, construct better places and develop a greater sense of community. 

Carey is member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments, and Planned Community, Mixed Use & Condominium Practice Groups.

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
