Dallas, TX – Aug. 18, 2015 – The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White Inc.), a peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named five Winstead attorneys as “Best Lawyers - Lawyer of the Year” for 2016 in their respective practice areas and regions. Best Lawyers designates “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

The Winstead attorneys named "Lawyers of the Year" for 2016 are:

Arthur Anderson – eminent domain and condemnation law, Dallas, Texas
W. Mike Baggett – litigation – banking and finance, Dallas, Texas
Robert Bass – construction law, Austin, Texas
Mike O’Neal – financial services regulation law, Dallas, Texas
R. Clyde Parker, Jr. – leveraged buyouts and private equity law, The Woodlands, Texas

Because Best Lawyers is based on a peer-review survey in which more than 50,000 leading attorneys cast almost 4.3 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Winstead attorneys have demonstrated a strong showing in Best Lawyers throughout the years, with 84 attorneys listed as Best Lawyers for 2016.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
