John F. Bergner is a shareholder and chairs the Wealth Preservation Practice Group in the firm’s Dallas, Texas, office. His practice involves complex tax, estate and business succession planning, as well as administration of estates. He is a specialist in estate planning and probate law certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Stephanie Loomis-Price is a shareholder with the Wealth Preservation Practice Group in the firm’s Houston, Texas, office.
