Winstead’s Kevin Sullivan, Mike Baggett and Mike O’Neal Named Best Lawyers’ 2012 Lawyers of the Year

Dallas, TX -- Best Lawyers, a peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named three Dallas Winstead attorneys as "Best Lawyers - Lawyer of the Year" for 2012 in their respective practice areas. Best Lawyers designates "Lawyers of the Year" in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is honored as the "Lawyer of the Year."

The Winstead attorneys named Lawyers of the Year for 2012 in Dallas are:

• Kevin A. Sullivan - 2012 Dallas Real Estate Law
• Michael K. O'Neal - 2012 Dallas Financial Services Regulation Law
• W. Mike Baggett - 2012 Dallas Litigation - Real Estate

The lawyers being honored as "Lawyers of the Year" have received particularly high ratings in Best Lawyer surveys by earning a high level of respect among their peers for their abilities, professionalism, and integrity. The current, 18th edition of The Best Lawyers in America (2012) is based on more than 3.9 million detailed evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers and lists 64 Winstead attorneys.

Because Best Lawyers is based on a peer-review survey in which more than 41,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.9 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Winstead attorneys have demonstrated a strong showing in Best Lawyers throughout the years, with 64 attorneys listed as Best Lawyers for 2012 and a Winstead Shareholder, Jim Littlejohn, named Best Lawyers' Lawyer of the Year in 2011 for Banking and Finance Law in Dallas.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
