Caroline Rodgers is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group working from our Dallas and Fort Worth offices. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, as well as corporate and business law matters.

She represents and advises developers and investors in all aspects of the transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects.

Caroline works with her clients in drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases, property management agreements, and other transaction documents. She also assists real estate clients with joint venture agreements, entity formation and restructuring, and other organizational matters.

In addition to her transactional and deal related experience, Caroline has worked on a number of commercial litigation cases including real estate related disputes, complex business litigation, fiduciary litigation and business divorce. Her litigation background provides added value for her clients and gives her the ability to better anticipate the opportunities and challenges they may encounter.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
