Evan works with our real estate development clients on the acquisition of raw land, structuring, developing, financing, exit-strategy planning, and the disposition of Single-Family Rental (SFR), Build-For-Rent (BFR) and Urban Multifamily/Mixed-Use projects.

Over the course of his career, he has advised clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including planning and accommodating SFR/BFR projects within new and mature master planned communities, representing borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions, and sponsors and capital partners in the negotiation of joint venture agreements.

It is this experience and his deep industry knowledge that allows him to overcome roadblocks for his clients so they can succeed in an ever evolving real estate environment.

Prior to practicing law, Evan worked as a project designer at an international architecture firm, where he focused on the design and development of large-scale retail and mixed-use projects in China, Eastern Europe and South America. His international background in design has proven invaluable to clients.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
