Tracey Bailey is a shareholder in Winstead's Real Estate Finance practice. Her practice involves a variety of commercial real estate transactions with a focus on real estate finance. Tracey’s experience includes loan originations and servicing work with an emphasis on mezzanine loan structures.

Representative Experience

  • Representation of national and regional institutional lenders with respect to interim and permanent loan originations in all categories of real estate including retail, industrial, multifamily healthcare and hospitality and involving complex issues including ground leases, tenant-in-common structures, mezzanine financing and A/B Note and portfolio structures
  • Representation of national and regional institutional lenders with respect to the origination of construction loans in all categories of real estate including retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare and hospitality
  • Representation of private and institutional mezzanine lenders with respect to originations of real estate mezzanine loans including negotiations of complex intercreditor issues
  • Representation of national and regional lenders with respect to servicing matters including consents, modifications, assumptions, partial releases, workouts, forbearance arrangements and foreclosures
  • Representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of various types of real estate
  • Representation of borrowers with respect to the issuance of nonconsolidation opinions

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
