Labor and Employment Attorney Taylor E. White Joins Winstead

10.29.20

Winstead PC is pleased to announce that Taylor E. White, a labor and employment attorney, has joined the firm as a shareholder in the firm’s Dallas office.

White represents business employers in litigation and transactions, as well as policymaking and implementation involving difficult labor and employment issues. Clients across a wide range of industries turn to White for counsel involving all types of discrimination, including race, age, sex, veteran status and disability. He advises employers regarding laws governing safety, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and employment-related torts, and counsels clients on litigation avoidance strategies. White is also experienced in piecing together the complex facts and issues presented in matters involving OSHA and other statutes.

“I was attracted to Winstead because of its attorneys’ stellar reputations for serving as zealous advocates on behalf of their clients,” White said. “I admire how the firm is hyper-focused on client service and professionalism without losing sight of the personal and emotional challenges that clients often face in courts and conference rooms.”

White is recognized in Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters for Employment & Labor from 2015-2020. He received a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Arkansas.

“Taylor’s labor and employment law experience and his deep knowledge of OSHA matters position him as a valuable resource to our clients,” said David Dawson, Winstead Chairman and CEO. “Taylor shares Winstead’s dedication to exceptional client service, and we are thrilled to have him on our team.”

Attorneys in Winstead’s Labor & Employment Practice Group are adept at defending clients against discrimination claims, defeating harassment litigation at summary judgment, and drafting and enforcing strategic employment agreements. Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
