April 21, 2026 (Dallas, TX) – Winstead PC is pleased to announce the opening of our Atlanta office with the addition of seven attorneys. Christina Graham, Michael Rhim, Matthew Sours, and Pelham Wilder will join the firm as Shareholders, along with Tammi Parker as Of Counsel and John Cagigas and Catherine Nunez as Associates.

“Atlanta is one of the top real estate markets in the country, and establishing a presence here is our next step in building our presence in the South,” said Jeff Matthews, Chairman & CEO of Winstead. “The addition of this team immediately strengthens our real estate platform and reflects our commitment to building a premier team in markets where our clients are investing and developing. We welcome them to the firm and look forward to the positive impact they will have.”

“We are excited to join Winstead and help establish the firm’s presence in Atlanta,” said Christina Graham. “Winstead has built an exceptional reputation for advising clients on complex real estate transactions and development projects and bringing that platform to one of the country’s most active real estate markets is a significant opportunity. We are eager to work alongside Winstead’s attorneys and to serve clients throughout the country.”

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
