Andrew Regan is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group. He has experience representing commercial real estate clients in transactions and planning and zoning matters. His experience includes representing developers, borrowers, lenders and landlords in the financing, leasing, sale and purchase of property and in securing land development approvals.

Representative Experience

Real Estate Finance: Represents private lenders in significant real estate loans, including drafting loan documents, conducting due diligence and reviewing title and survey.

Real Estate Transactions: Advises clients on the purchase and sale of properties, including zoning analysis, title review, and drafting conveyance documents.

Commercial Leasing: Drafts and negotiates commercial leases, lease assignments, and tenant estoppel certificates.

Land Use and Development: Represents clients in obtaining land use approvals for multi-million-dollar development projects, including zoning variances, rezoning, and site plan approvals.

Affordable Housing: Provides counsel to developers on affordable housing projects, including acquisition, conversion, and financing.

Gaming Law: Assists clients in navigating complex gaming transactions, including merger & acquisition due diligence, licensure filings, sweepstakes laws, and regulatory compliance.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
