Andrew Regan is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group. He has experience representing real estate clients in a wide range of real estate related matters. His experience includes, but is not limited to, representing borrowers, developers, landlords, lenders, and tenants in the financing, leasing, purchase, and sale of real estate and in securing land development approvals.

Representative Experience

Real Estate Finance: Representation of national and regional institutional lenders and borrowers in significant real estate loans (including but not limited to CMBS and mezzanine structured loans).

Real Estate Transactions: Representation of sellers and purchasers of real estate assets, including but not limited to data centers, industrial facilities, mixed-use projects, office buildings, restaurants, retail centers, storage facilities, and unimproved land.

Commercial Leasing: Representation of landlords and tenants in commercial real estate leasing transactions.

Land Use and Development: Representation of clients in obtaining land use approvals for multi-million-dollar development projects, including zoning variances, rezoning, and site plan approvals.

Affordable Housing: Representation of developers on affordable housing projects, including but not limited to acquisitions, conversions, and financing.

Gaming Law: Provide counsel to clients in regard to complex gaming transactions, including but not limited to regulatory compliance, state and tribal licensure filings, and sweepstakes laws.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
