John Wooldridge, Jr. is a member of Winstead’s Construction Practice Group. John primarily focuses on construction-related litigation and represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal court, state court and through alternative dispute resolution forums. Prior to practicing law, John was a judicial intern for a United States Magistrate Judge and the Texas First Court of Appeals.
- Represents owners, developers and contractors in matters involving pre-construction strategies, breach of contract, construction defect, mechanic’s liens, payment disputes, payment bond claims and surety issues.
- Advocated for and negotiated numerous favorable resolutions for clients, whether through dispositive motions, oral advocacy or agreeable settlement.
