Camin Murray is a shareholder in Winstead’s healthcare industry group, and the corporate, securities/mergers & acquisitions practice group.

Camin Murray’s experience includes counseling clients on fraud and abuse, illegal remuneration, HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and Stark Law matters, as well as compliance with other federal and state health laws. She speaks and trains clients on technology, privacy and security, and HIPAA compliance. Her practice focuses on healthcare matters, advising providers, financial institutions and businesses on entity formation and structural, contractual and regulatory healthcare issues.

Notable positions that Camin Murray holds or held include director and chair of the Governance Committee of the Southwest Transplant Alliance, director of the National Kidney Foundation serving Texas and Kidney Walk chair, Southwest Healthcare Transactions Conference steering committee member, vice-president and director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, founding fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and co-founder and former co-chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Public Forum Committee. She has previously served on the Dallas City Council Environmental Health Commission.
