The Best Lawyers in America 
Seventy Winstead attorneys were selected as The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White Inc.) through a peer review survey of top attorneys in the country.  Winstead received top tier rankings in the following areas: alternative dispute resolution, banking and finance law, construction law, international arbitration, land use and zoning law, real estate law, securitization and structured finance law, and trust and estates law.

Texas Monthly: Texas Super Lawyers
Thirty-nine of the firm’s attorneys were selected for inclusion in Texas Super Lawyers (Thomson Reuters).  The annual Texas Super Lawyers list honors Texas’ top lawyers based on surveys of more than 57,000 active attorneys across the state.

Texas Monthly: Rising Stars

The 2018 Chambers USA Guide to America, Chambers & Partners Publishing edition featured twenty-nine Winstead attorneys from seven different practice areas ranked among the top attorneys of their field in the United States.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
