Adam Darowski is a shareholder in Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Adam's areas of practice involve a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including (i) the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade properties, (ii) commercial development, (iii) office, industrial, retail, restaurant and telecommunications facility leasing, (iv) entity selection and formation, and (v) a broad range of real estate financing transactions.

Representative Experience

  • Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Development: Representation of sellers and purchasers/developers of retail centers, industrial facilities, office buildings, restaurants, mixed-use projects, and unimproved land, including multi-property portfolio transactions
  • Financing: Representation of institutional real estate lenders and borrowers in a wide range of loan transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, construction loans, loan assumptions and loan modifications
  • Commercial Leasing: Representation of landlords/developers and tenants in office, restaurant, retail, industrial and mixed use projects, including retail development ground leases, retail and office building leases and subleases
  • Asset Management: Representation of property owners and other parties in connection with the negotiation of property management agreements, brokerage agreements, utility agreements, easements, service contracts, vendor agreements, and other asset management contracts and agreements
  • Telecommunications Facility Transactions: Representation of major national wireless services provider in hundreds of leasing, subleasing, acquisition and development transactions and projects
  • Gas Station & Convenience Store Transactions: Representation of parties in all facets of gas station and convenience store acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and financing transactions 

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
