Annie Bolding is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group. Her practice is focused on representing national and regional lenders in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions involving asset types such as retail, industrial, mixed-use development, and multifamily.

Annie regularly represents lenders in loan originations, as well as loan modifications and workouts. Her deals have been secured by real estate located throughout the country, including, among other places, Texas, California, Florida, and New York. 

Representative Experience

Construction Lending 

  • Represented a large regional bank in its $278 million senior construction loan secured by multiple multifamily and retail developments.
  • Represented a large regional bank in its $101 million construction loan secured by a large mixed-use commercial building. 
  • Represented a large regional bank in its $90 million construction loan secured by a commercial building located within a master condominium. 
  • Represented a large regional bank in its $50 million construction loan secured by a multi-tenant office building. 

Real Estate Secured Lending 

  • Represented a large regional bank in its $39 million loan secured by a salt mine. 
  • Represented a large regional bank in its $30 million loan secured by multiple industrial warehouse buildings. 

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
