Ben Moore is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of real estate matters, with experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing. Ben counsels clients through complex transactions involving office buildings, warehouses, hotels, retail centers, and mixed-use developments nationwide. His work includes representing buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders in everything from one-off property deals to large-scale, multi-state portfolio transactions.

Representative Experience

  • Represented  both national and local landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of retail, office and warehouse leases and day-to-day asset management
  • Represented the purchaser in the acquisition and financing of a $350 million portfolio of industrial properties across multiple states
  • Represented the owner in the sale of an approximately 1,500-acre parcel of encumbered raw land in Texas for $80 million
  • Represented an international electronics company in the negotiation of leases, lease amendments, tenant estoppels and SNDAs in connection with a nationwide portfolio of industrial and warehouse properties
  • Represented the borrower in  a $150 million refinancing of a mixed-use shopping center in Dallas, TX
  • Represented landlord in the management of all leasing matters for a national portfolio of shopping malls
  • Represented a private equity sponsor in the $1.2 billion acquisition of a national energy company

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
